​Shipping Policies

​

  1. Courier Services: We ensure that your order reaches you promptly and in good condition by shipping through reputed courier agencies only.

  2. Order Consolidation: While we strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability. We will inform you beforehand if this occurs.

  3. Damaged Packaging: If you believe the product is not in good condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to accept the delivery. Contact our Customer Care at , mentioning your order reference number. We will ensure a replacement delivery is made at the earliest.

  4. Order Tracking: Track your order’s shipping status on our website via the "Track Your Order" section.

  5. Invoice Inclusion: As per Indian Tax Regulations, all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price.

Shipping Partners

  • We primarily use Bluedart and Delhivery for shipping, as chosen by you during checkout.

  • Upon special request, we may use EMS Speed Post for remote locations. However, compliance with this request is not guaranteed due to postal service verification policies.

Shipping Time / Delivery Time

​

  1. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of placement, with 99% of orders dispatched on the same day.

  2. Orders placed before 1:00 PM are shipped the same day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  3. Delivery times are estimated at 2-5 days across India, but delays may occur due to courier company processes. We recommend placing orders with sufficient time for delivery.

Guarantee/Warranty

  1. All items are delivered with a standard warranty unless specified otherwise on the product page.

  2. Notify us of any defective product within the warranty duration from the shipment date. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed upon verification of defects.

  3. We will replace or repair defective products free of charge, including prepaid shipping. If replacement stock is unavailable, a 100% refund will be issued.

  4. Warranty does not apply to products subjected to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or alteration.

Replacement/Refund Process:

  • Provide photos of damaged products for assessment.

  • If replacement stock is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.

100% Refund/Replacement Guarantee:

  1. Customers have a 2-day window from the delivery date to report issues such as shipping damage, item mismatch, or missing parts.

  2. Submit complaints via the website’s support page.

  3. Upon issue verification, an RMA number will be issued for return.

  4. Replacement items will be shipped at no cost. If unavailable, a 100% refund will be issued.

  5. Technoventor Innovations Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to make final decisions on all refund requests.

Canceling an Order:

  1. Orders can be canceled or updated via email before the status changes from "Pending" or "Payment Verification."

  2. Cancellations may incur a 5% bank charge depending on the payment method used.

  3. Due to product nature and strict quality policies, cancellations without valid reasons are not accepted.

Return Guidelines:

​

  1. If an item cannot be repaired remotely, an RMA number will be issued for return.

  2. Clearly mention the RMA number on the shipping boxes; avoid writing on the merchandise packaging.

  3. Include a copy of the original packing list with the return.

Limits of Responsibility:

​

  • We accept no liability for improper installation or handling of products. Electrical polarity must be observed during installation.
